Not inherit a HR team or layers of specialized support. You will be expected to work closely with employees and business leaders, understand what is happening on the ground and personally drive initiatives from idea to execution. About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment for internal positions across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and communication skills and a passion for building a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various internal roles.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support offers coordination, candidate engagement, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS.
- Assist with employee referrals, employer branding, and other TA initiatives.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed.
- Good communication, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
