Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring activities for technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on semiconductor and VLSI-related positions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru South and involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and creating inclusive job postings. The specialist will source and engage candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience.





Daily responsibilities include maintaining recruitment pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, supporting employer branding initiatives, and preparing offer proposals in line with organizational policies. The role also involves collaborating with HR and leadership to improve recruitment processes, strengthen talent strategies, and support a diverse, high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess competencies and support fair, structured selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, with experience promoting the organization’s culture and opportunities across relevant channels.
