We are looking for a agile Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

- Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn etc.).

- Screen, evaluate,



and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

- Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.

- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience using job portals, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
