Talent Acquisition Lead

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead to lead recruitment operations, drive hiring performance, and coordinate the recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have robust headhunting and talent sourcing skills, proven recruitment experience, and the ability to manage hiring targets while ensuring compliance with established recruitment processes and SOPs.

The candidate will play a key role in improving recruitment efficiency, developing team capabilities, and supporting the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and organizational recruitment goals.
- Proactively headhunt and identify qualified candidates for key and critical positions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely closure of vacancies.
- Plan and monitor recruitment timelines, hiring targets, and team performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to recruitment SOPs, policies, and established processes.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and implement strategies to improve hiring efficiency and quality.




- Support team learning, training, development, and continuous performance improvement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and prioritize vacancies.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a performance-driven work culture.
- Contribute to talent acquisition strategies and organizational growth.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven experience in headhunting, candidate sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, or coordinating a recruitment team.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, hiring processes, and SOP implementation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and achieve hiring targets within deadlines.
- Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented approach to work.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
