We sell through our own website, every quick commerce app, over 6,500 stores across Tamil Nadu, and to customers abroad through distributors in the US, Australia and more.
What you'll do
- Run hiring for a small, very high-quality team
- Find people directly, not through agencies, and convince the best ones to join
- Own the hiring process and tools we are building now
Who should apply
- 2 to 8 years in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in-house
- Creative sourcing; comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS and AI tools
- FMCG first, then D2C or consumer startups
- Based in Chennai (Bangalore at most)
Reports to: Head of Finance. Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- recruiting/talent acquisition: 2 years (Preferred)
