Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Intern who is enthusiastic about technology, people, and problem-solving. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring requirements, identify relevant candidates, engage with engineering talent, and support end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and want hands-on exposure to technology hiring and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand technical hiring requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Source candidates for software engineering, IT, and other technical roles through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate conversations to evaluate communication, interest, availability, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Learn and use modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms,



and AI-powered hiring solutions.

Who Should Apply?

- Preferred backgrounds: B.Tech/BE, other engineering disciplines, or MBA/PGDM candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in talent acquisition and technology.
- Valuable research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, or recruitment platforms is an advantage.
- Prior recruitment or internship experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
