About Recovry

Recovry is a structured platform for everyday recovery. We bring in-center and at-home services together with a dedicated physiotherapy network for preventive, clinical and corrective care, across India.

The Role

Every good team starts with good conversations. We are looking for a articulate, well-organised student to join our hiring function and learn how talent is found, assessed and brought on board at a growing startup. You will work alongside the team, with guidance at every step, and take part in real hiring work from day one.

What You'll Do

→ Assist in creating and managing job and internship postings, working with the team on role descriptions and applicant criteria

→ Review applications and help shortlist candidates, following criteria set with the team

→ Hold first-round conversations with applicants under the team's guidance

→ Keep applicants informed with clear, professional communication

→ Maintain applicant records and trackers in an organised way

Internship Details

Mode: Remote

Hours: 20-25 hours per week

Duration: 7-9 weeks

Type: Internship | Non-stipend

Location: Pan India | Fully remote

Who Should Apply

✔️ Students pursuing BBA, MBA/PGDM (HR preferred), BA/MA Psychology or related fields





✔️ Strong written and spoken communication, and comfortable talking to people you have not met

✔️ Professional and approachable, with a high standard for how you represent a company

✔️ Discreet and reliable: you will handle applicants' details with care and follow up on time

✔️ Organised, and comfortable with Google Sheets and Docs

✔️ Able to commit 20-25 hours a week for 7-9 weeks

✔️ Curious about how hiring works. No prior experience required
