CashFlo is looking for a Talent Acquisition skilled who can manage high-volume hiring as well as specialised roles, take ownership of recruitment outcomes, and work closely with hiring managers and a small recruitment team.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and joining.
Drive bulk hiring across multiple functions while managing specialised and niche positions.
Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, prioritise open positions, and drive closures.
Coordinate and guide a small team of recruiters, ensuring hiring targets and timelines are met.
Manage candidate engagement, salary negotiations, offer closures, and joining follow-ups.
Track recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring reports.
Support onboarding, background verification,
and other HR initiatives as required.
What we’re looking for
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Proven experience in both bulk hiring and specialised hiring.
Strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Some experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a small team of recruiters.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
A practical, data-driven approach to recruitment, with a focus on hiring quality and turnaround time.
