Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment processes to support the company’s growth and project needs. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pimpri Chinchwad and involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for diverse technical and non-technical roles.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting jobs across appropriate platforms, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection and offer processes. The role also includes maintaining candidate pipelines,



tracking recruitment metrics, and supporting employer branding activities to enhance the company’s talent appeal.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
