Job Title: Associate Talent Acquisition

Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for a tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Associate to help scale our Tech, Engineering, Data and Product teams. You will drive the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing niche talent to managing candidate experiences.



Your primary goal is to identify and attract top-tier tech professionals who align with our engineering culture and business objectives.

About the Role

Sourcing & Pipeline Building

- Active Sourcing: Find passive technical talent across platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, and specialized tech communities.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active talent pool for recurring roles like Software Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, and Data Scientists.
- Market Mapping: Research and map target companies and tech hubs to identify potential talent pools.

Screening & Selection

- Resume Screening: Review technical resumes to evaluate coding skills, framework experience, and system architecture familiarity.
- Initial Interviews: Conduct behavioral and initial technical screens to assess cultural fit and basic technical competence.
- Coordination: Manage the scheduling of technical take-home assessments and live coding panels with engineering managers.

Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Management

- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a transparent, timely, and empathetic interview journey.
- Hiring Manager Alignment:



Partner with Tech Leads / Engineering Directors / Data Leaders to understand team-specific stack requirements and vacancy urgency.

Offer Management:

- Assist in delivering and negotiating offers to successful candidates.
- Consistently maintain and update the MIS for candidate data

Who you are:

Required Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 13 years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Tech Literacy: Strong understanding of technical stacks, frameworks, cloud platforms, and methodologies (e.g., Java, Python, React, AWS, Agile/Scrum).
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., MyNextHire,Workday etc) and LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch technical roles to passive candidates.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with technical assessment platforms (e.g., HackerRank, Codility).
- Experience recruiting for niche tech domains like AI/ML, Cyber Security, or Blockchain.
