We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tailor Supervisor to manage tailoring operations, supervise tailors, and ensure timely delivery of quality garments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise tailors and manage daily stitching operations.
- Allocate work to tailors and monitor productivity.
- Ensure garment quality, accurate measurements, and finishing standards.
- Check stitching, alterations, and final products before delivery.
- Manage fabric utilization and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams.
- Resolve stitching-related issues and guide tailors to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

- Experience in tailoring, garment production, or stitching supervision.
- Solid knowledge of stitching techniques, garment construction, and finishing.
- Ability to manage a team of tailors and maintain quality standards.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Prior supervisory experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
