Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Master Tailor to join our Chennai boutique. The role involves stitching and customizing dhotis, shirts, and other traditional garments according to customer requirements, working closely with our in-house fashion designer to deliver the desired fit, finish, and design.

Key Responsibilities

- Stitch and customize dhotis, shirts, and other traditional garments.
- Coordinate with the fashion designer to understand designs and customization requirements.
- Execute alterations and garment modifications according to customer specifications.
- Ensure accurate measurements, proper fitting, and quality finishing.
- Manage stitching work efficiently and resolve day-to-day tailoring challenges.
- Maintain quality standards and meet agreed delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the boutique team to complete customer orders.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on tailoring or stitching experience is required.
- Practical experience in stitching shirts, dhotis,



or men's ethnic wear is preferred.
- Ability to understand measurements, garment construction, and finishing.
- Ability to work with a fashion designer and follow customization instructions.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to workmanship.
- Problem-solving ability to handle tailoring issues independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to customer-specific requirements.
