Role Description

This full-time TA Executive role is a remote position based out of Bengaluru (work from office for core collaboration as required). The TA Executive will support teaching activities across Bhanzu’s math programs by assisting lead educators in delivering engaging, structured lessons and monitoring student progress. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with teachers, preparing learning materials, supporting live and recorded sessions, and helping manage student queries and classroom logistics.

The role also involves communicating regularly with learners and caregivers,



ensuring a positive learning experience, and escalating academic or operational issues to the appropriate stakeholders. The TA Executive contributes to continuous improvement of teaching practices, helps maintain high classroom ratings, and supports initiatives that enhance learner engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Assistant Teaching skills, with the ability to support educators in planning and delivering lessons.
- Candidates should possess clear and empathetic Communication skills to interact effectively with students, caregivers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess a background or interest in Education, with an understanding of learning processes and student engagement.
- Candidates should possess solid Mathematics skills, sufficient to assist with math-focused lessons and clarify basic to intermediate concepts.
- Candidates should possess experience or comfort Working With Children, including patience, adaptability, and a learner-first mindset.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in edtech or tutoring, familiarity with digital classroom tools, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in English and at least one regional language.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience in teaching assistance or academic support roles will be considered.
