Role Description This is a full-time, on-site System Administrator role based in Bengaluru.

The System

Administrator will manage and maintain servers, operating systems, and core IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. The role involves monitoring system health, applying updates and patches, managing user accounts and permissions, and enforcing security policies.

The System

Administrator will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide level 2/3 support to internal teams, and collaborate with network and security specialists on configuration and incident response. The position also includes documenting procedures,



participating in infrastructure improvement initiatives, and supporting current deployments and migrations aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

- Strong System Administration skills, including managing servers, operating systems, and user access controls.
- Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting and provide advanced Technical Support for complex incidents.
- Experience with Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and basic security practices.
- Solid foundation in Information Technology concepts, infrastructure components, and IT service management.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a system administrator or similar infrastructure role.
- Proficiency with Windows and/or Linux server environments, virtualization platforms, and backup/restore tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar) and scripting for automation is an advantage.
- Understanding of security best practices, access management, and patch management processes.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively onsite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
