We are looking for skilled and experienced Surface Grinder Operators and Laser Grinder Operators to join our team. Candidates should have practical knowledge of machine operation, precision grinding, and maintaining quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate surface grinding and laser grinding machines efficiently.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per requirements.
- Inspect finished components using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain machine cleanliness.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report technical issues.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in surface grinding or laser grinding machine operation.
- Knowledge of precision machining and quality inspection.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is preferred.
- ITI or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- Freshers may apply if suitable training is available.
