Job Purpose

Job Context & Major Challenges The role supports coal dispatch operations in compliance with approved SOPs and statutory requirements. The jobholder coordinates with Quality, Security, field supervision, IT teams and transporters, and manages dispatch-related portals and systems (Ekaayan, Khanijonline, I3MS & Goods track).

Internal Challenges

- IT and Ekaayan / system network issues
- Security and gate-related coordination issues

External Challenges

- Power supply interruptions
- Khanijonline portal and payloader breakdown related disruptions
- Transporters and drivers not consistently following SOPs, documentation and safety norms, requiring continuous monitoring and follow-up

Key Result Areas

Supporting Actions

- Statutory document generation at weighbridge .

Generate weighment slips, GST invoices and CG-TP for coal dispatch and weighment slips for mining and store material vehicles with correct data entry.
- Safe weighbridge operations

Proper training to truck drivers. Ensure zero accidents and enforce safety and traffic discipline for all vehicles and drivers.




- Achievement of dispatch targets

Process vehicles as per approved plan and coordinate with transporters and field teams for timely dispatch..
- Statutory and system compliance s

Ensure 100% compliance and accurate entries in Ekaayan, Khanijonline, I3MS and Waybill systems.
- Documentation & records management)

Maintain dispatch documents, shift reports, hard-copy records and coordinate with IT/Ekaayan teams for system issues

- House keeping & weighbridge platfrom area cleaning ..
- Quality mainting & supporting with other work .
