We are hiring an experienced Supply Manager for a short-term Contractor/Freelance Engagement supporting a large-scale AI Training and Operations Project .

Role: Supply Manager – AI Training & Resource Management

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Technical Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in large-scale operations, managed services, workforce management, or resource planning.
- Experience in resource allocation, capacity planning, workforce deployment, and operational management.
- Hands-on experience with solutions architecture, systems integration, and workforce or resource management systems.
- Strong understanding of resource tracking, utilization, throughput monitoring, and operational performance metrics.
- Experience integrating data from recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and project delivery systems.
- Ability to forecast capacity gaps, identify supply risks, and make data-driven resource allocation decisions.
- Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, clients, Project Leads, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading or managing Supply Coordinators and ensuring operational coverage.
- Previous experience in the AI training industry is preferred.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, including BCA, B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or M.Tech. .

Availability Requirements:

- Availability to work five days per week , including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
- Working hours:



7:00 AM–4:00 PM PST .
- Ability to support fast-paced operations and coordinate resource deployment across multiple projects.
- Immediate availability for remote contract work.

- Personal laptop/desktop and reliable high-speed internet.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with distributed teams across different time zones.

What You’ll Work On:

- Own resource planning and deployment for a large-scale AI training program involving 1,800+ contributors across multiple projects.
- Make data-driven resource allocation decisions to align workforce capacity with client demand.
- Forecast capacity gaps and coordinate with recruitment and fulfillment teams to ensure timely resource availability.
- Manage and improve centralized resource tracking, workforce management, and throughput monitoring systems.
- Integrate data from recruitment, onboarding, performance, and project delivery processes.
- Monitor resource utilization, throughput, capacity, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Identify supply risks, operational bottlenecks, and resource gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with clients, Project Leads, PMO, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead and coordinate 1–3 Supply Coordinators to maintain effective operational coverage.
- Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time, improve resource utilization, and support cross-skilling.
- Ensure accurate and timely resource deployment while maintaining operational efficiency across projects.
