We are hiring experienced Supply Coordinators for a short-term Contractor/Freelance Engagement supporting a large-scale AI Training and Resource Management Project .

Role: Supply Coordinator – AI Training & Resource Management

Experience: 3+ Years

Mode: Remote

Engagement: Contractor / Short-Term Contract (16 Weeks)

Start Date: Immediate

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Technical Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in operations coordination, workforce management, resource planning, or a related field.
- Experience in resource allocation, contributor deployment, workforce tracking, and operational coordination.
- Strong spreadsheet and data-management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate resource deployment, status, performance, and capacity records.
- Ability to monitor project capacity, throughput, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Experience tracking resource requests and coordinating their completion based on project requirements.
- Ability to identify capacity gaps, operational risks, data discrepancies, and resource-related issues, and escalate them appropriately.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to make accurate, data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills to coordinate with Supply Managers, Project Leads, Training Leads, and Onboarding Leads.
- Ability to coordinate contributor access, training, and instructions during resource movements.
- Experience working in AI training or data annotation projects is preferred.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, including BCA, B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or M.Tech. .

Availability Requirements:

- Availability to work five days per week , including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
- Working hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PST .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced,



shift-based environment and support smooth handovers between shifts.
- Immediate availability for remote contract work.

Others:

- Personal laptop/desktop and stable high-speed internet.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate operational records.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with distributed teams and manage multiple resource requests simultaneously.

What You’ll Work On:

- Support daily resource planning and deployment for a large-scale AI training program involving 1,800+ contributors across multiple projects.
- Allocate and reallocate contributors based on project demand, resource availability, and changing operational priorities.
- Coordinate contributor access, training, and instructions to ensure smooth resource movements between projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resource deployment, contributor status, performance, and capacity.
- Monitor project capacity, throughput, onboarding, and offboarding activities to support effective project operations.
- Track resource requests from initiation through completion and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Identify capacity constraints, resource shortages, data discrepancies, and operational risks, escalating issues to the Supply Manager when required.
- Coordinate with Project Leads, Training Leads, Onboarding Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure resource requirements are met.
- Conduct clear shift handovers and communicate pending actions, outstanding requests, and critical operational updates.
- Monitor resource allocation and deployment data to support accurate, data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve resource planning workflows, tracking systems, and operational processes.
- Support efficient day-to-day operations and timely resource deployment across multiple AI training projects.
