Looking to onboard a skilled Support Engineer with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in in office troubleshooting and diagnosis, product installation and configuration, AMC management, and customer support documentation.

Roles and Responsibility

- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues.
- Install and configure products for optimal performance.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and ensure timely renewals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive customer support documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints.
- Provide excellent customer service and support via phone,



email, or in-person.

Job Requirements

- Diploma/BE/BTech degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of on-site troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Experience with product installation and configuration.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
