Roles & Responsibilities:Maintaining, updating and monitoring the source list to facilitate effective procurement of materials for the defined production schedulesDriving cost saving and optimization culture through lean management practices in stores and warehouses.Promoting manufacturing excellence initiatives related to product quality, cost, delivery; manufacturing efficiency and operational excellence to exceed customer expectationsMonitoring and maintaining real time status update on status of Parts & Vendors (new and deleted)



in vendor master registryEnsuring uninterrupted and timely flow of incoming materials from suppliers as per the specified requirements to ensure there is no production lossWorking closely with Production and purchase team to keep control on inventory and reduce inventory delaysOverseeing all activities to ensure Parts procurement in line with MRP schedules for meeting the monthly Production Plan.

Diploma + 7 yrs experience or B.E. Mech/Elect + 3 yrs experience
