Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, order processing, warehousing, logistics, and timely product delivery. Candidates with prior experience in the skincare, cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete supply chain process from procurement to final delivery, coordinate with suppliers and vendors, maintain optimal inventory levels, monitor stock movement, manage purchase orders, oversee logistics and dispatch operations, ensure timely replenishment of products, track deliveries, maintain accurate supply chain records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.



Identify operational gaps, control costs, and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in end-to-end supply chain management. Robust knowledge of procurement, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and vendor management.

Experience with skincare, cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG brands will be an added advantage. Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software or ERP systems, are required.
