We are hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) for a leading consumer products company, based in Greater Noida.

Position: Supplier Quality Engineer

Location: Greater Noida

Education: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Printing Technology/Engineering

Experience: Minimum 3 years; experience in Toys, Textile Toys, Printing & Packaging Products preferred

CTC: 4 - 5 LPA

Key Requirements

- Strong knowledge of printing, packaging, textile and garment manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of cloth toys, soft toys, plush products and other textile-based children's products.
- Understanding of materials such as cotton, polyester, poly-fill, fabrics, trims, labels and packaging materials.
- Hands-on experience with quality inspection and testing instruments.
- Experience in incoming, in-process and pre-dispatch inspection.
- Understanding of supplier quality management, process control and quality documentation.
- Knowledge of product development, specifications, drawings, artwork and approved samples.
- Ability to identify defects, perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
- Knowledge of AQL, sampling methods and defect classification.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers, factory teams and Head Office.
- Willingness to travel regularly to supplier locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct supplier, incoming,



in-process and pre-dispatch inspections for toys, cloth/textile products, packaging and printed materials.
- Monitor quality of cloth toys, soft toys, textile products and other children's products at supplier locations.
- Verify materials, workmanship, dimensions, functionality and other requirements against approved specifications and samples.
- Monitor supplier quality and coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and rejections.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and follow up on CAPA/corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, material inventory and supplier quality data.
- Coordinate with suppliers for production planning, quality issues and dispatch readiness.
- Coordinate with Head Office for order fulfilment, product quality and dispatch planning.
- Support new product development, sample approval and implementation of quality requirements at supplier end.
- Conduct supplier visits, process checks and quality improvement activities as per the weekly plan.
- Monitor day-to-day quality and operational activities at supplier locations.
- Prepare supplier performance reports for management.
- Ensure proper quality documentation, traceability and adherence to approved processes.
- Travel across Greater Noida supplier locations for inspections, audits and quality improvement activities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
