Job Title: Production Supervisor

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 06:30 PM

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow in the production department. The ideal candidate should be able to manage workers, maintain product quality, and ensure production targets are achieved on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Monitor product quality and maintain company standards.
- Coordinate with production staff and other departments.
- Maintain discipline and proper workflow on the production floor.
- Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed.
- Report production progress and issues to management.
- Maintain production records and documentation.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of production processes.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle workers and resolve operational issues.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
