Role Description The Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the shop floor or work site, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring work is completed on time and to quality standards. This role includes coordinating schedules, managing attendance, and resolving minor operational issues as they arise.

The Supervisor will ensure adherence to safety procedures, company guidelines, and standard operating processes. The role also involves reporting progress to management,



maintaining basic documentation, and supporting training and guidance for team members.

Qualifications

- Ability to supervise and coordinate a team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage daily operations and meet deadlines.
- Explicit verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and external partners.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Comfort with maintaining simple reports, records, and basic documentation related to attendance, productivity, and quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work setting.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; vocational or technical training is an advantage.
