Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Batch Management & Academic Delivery: Ensure smooth execution of online and offline batches, including faculty allocation, LMS, study materials, book delivery, orientations, batch readiness, and quality audits.

Academic Quality Enhancement: Monitor faculty performance, session-plan adherence, AI-based QC, Manual QC, faculty feedback, LMS content, question tagging, and offline classroom quality. Content Creation on Academic related.

Academic Performance & Student Experience: Track attendance, question practice, tests, mocks, academic progress, exam registrations, appearance rates, pass percentages, and student progression. Drive rankholder development, student feedback, CSAT, query resolution, and escalation reduction.

Webinars, Content & Community Engagement: Coordinate academic webinars and masterclasses. Collaborate with Marketing on educational content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Build student and alumni communities through testimonials, rankholder stories, alumni interactions, and peer-learning initiatives.
