Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) – US Medical Billing with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of medical billing operations, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in client handling through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the end-to-end US Medical Billing and RCM process.

· Handle Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up, and Denial Management.

· Review billing transactions, identify discrepancies, and maintain process accuracy.

· Analyze claim denials, identify root causes, and drive timely resolution.

· Handle client communications, queries, and escalations through calls and emails.





· Monitor productivity, quality, process performance, and turnaround time.

· Provide process guidance and technical support to team members.

· Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with client requirements.

· Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve complex billing issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in US Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

· Strong practical knowledge of Charge Entry, Payment Posting, AR Follow-up, and Denial Management.

· Proven expertise in the complete end-to-end medical billing lifecycle.

· Mandatory: Client handling experience through calls and emails.

· Experience in managing escalations and resolving complex billing issues.

· Good understanding of US healthcare billing procedures and claim lifecycle.
