Kaushik Fire and Safety Services is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate technicians and workers, and ensure the timely and protected execution of fire and safety projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and manage workforce allocation.
- Monitor the installation, maintenance and servicing of fire protection and safety systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, technicians, contractors and clients.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project specification.
- Monitor work progress, material consumption and manpower attendance.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI qualification in a relevant technical field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision or a related role.
- Experience in fire safety, firefighting systems or industrial projects is an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
