Role & responsibilities

- Act as a Functional SME for Core Banking platforms and banking processes.
- Provide expert guidance on end-to-end Core Banking operations and workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, scenarios, and test cases.
- Support Core Banking implementations, upgrades, migrations, and regulatory initiatives.
- Conduct impact analysis for product enhancements and system changes.
- Support system integration, data migration, and interface design activities.
- Provide functional support during SIT, UAT, and Regression testing phases.
- Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Support production issues,



audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of experience in Core Banking Domain.
- Strong understanding of Banking Products and Processes.
- Hands-on experience with one or more Core Banking Platforms such as:

- Finacle

- Flexcube

- TCS BaNCS

- Temenos T24
- Any leading Core Banking Solution
- Experience in Core Banking Transformation or Large Implementation Programs.
- Robust Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering experience.
- Exposure to Testing Lifecycle (SIT/UAT/Regression).
- Experience working with Business, Technology, Vendor, and Delivery teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
