Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, supportive, and motivated Student Mentor to guide students in their academic progress, personal development, and overall learning experience. The mentor will provide regular guidance, monitor student performance, address learning challenges, and encourage students to develop positive attitudes, discipline, confidence, and effective study habits.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide and support students throughout their academic journey.
- Monitor students' academic performance, attendance, and participation.
- Conduct regular mentoring sessions to understand students' needs and challenges.
- Help students set academic goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Motivate students to improve their confidence, discipline, communication, and time management skills.
- Identify students who require additional academic or personal support and guide them to appropriate resources.
- Maintain regular communication with students and, when appropriate, faculty members and parents.
- Track student progress and maintain mentoring records.
- Encourage teamwork, positive behaviour, responsibility, and a growth mindset.
- Help students develop effective study habits and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct individual and group mentoring sessions.
- Support faculty members in improving student engagement and overall academic performance.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle student concerns with professionalism.

Educational Qualification Masters degree in any relevant discipline. Additional qualifications in education, counselling, or student development are an advantage.

Experience

Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experienced candidates with mentoring, teaching, or student-support experience, may apply.
