Role Description The Student Enrolments Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners through the entire enrollment process. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via email, chat, and phone, explaining program offerings, and advising students on course selection based on their goals and background.

The role involves processing applications, verifying eligibility, updating student records in enrollment systems, and ensuring accurate documentation. The specialist will coordinate with instructors and operations teams to confirm enrollments, manage start dates, and support smooth onboarding experiences. Additional responsibilities include maintaining enrollment pipelines, tracking conversion metrics,



and providing feedback to marketing and program teams on prospective student needs and trends.

Qualifications

- Student advising and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and provide timely support to diverse prospective learners.
- Administrative and organizational skills, such as managing enrollment data, maintaining accurate records, and handling multiple inquiries and deadlines efficiently.
- Sales and outreach skills, including nurturing leads, following up with prospects, and explaining program benefits to support informed enrollment decisions.
- Technical and digital literacy skills, such as using CRM or student information systems, online communication tools, and standard office software in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate across teams, and adapt to evolving processes and tools.
- Familiarity with online education or training programs; interest or background in technology or STEM fields, especially quantum-related topics, is an advantage.
- Relevant education or experience in admissions, student services, customer support, or sales; a degree in a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
