Key Responsibilities

- Lead structural analysis and design using ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, and AutoCAD.
- Prepare, review, and approve structural drawings, design reports, and construction documentation.
- Conduct design review and peer review of projects to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with codes.
- Design and detail RC framed structures, shear wall buildings, steel structures, retaining walls, sumps, flat slabs, and pile foundations.
- Provide technical leadership for hospital buildings and institutional structures.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers for integrated design solutions.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor construction quality, and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on design best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- 5 to 12 years of proven experience in structural design and detailing.




- Demonstrated expertise in design review and peer review of structural projects.
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
