Job Duties:-

- Work closely with the Founder and Head of Operations on key operational initiatives, supporting leadership by tracking priorities and ensuring smooth cross-team coordination.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, build strong relationships, understand their goals, and ensure clear communication throughout project execution.

- Translate client requirements into actionable plans, coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaigns and content are delivered with clarity, consistency, and impact.

- Track deliverables across client accounts, ensuring timelines are met while maintaining visibility across ongoing projects, campaigns, and content calendars.

- Coordinate between content, design, strategy, and account management teams to ensure explicit task ownership, defined timelines, and smooth project execution.

- Prepare client performance reports and insights,



providing actionable recommendations and supporting pitches, presentations, and idea approvals when required.

- Support the implementation of operational frameworks, workflows, and internal systems to streamline project management and improve efficiency.

- Maintain documentation for internal processes, SOPs, dashboards, and project trackers, ensuring operational visibility and structured reporting.

- Monitor team workload, capacity, and project timelines, identifying potential delays or blockers and escalating them when necessary.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows, ensuring better collaboration, efficient campaign execution, and consistent delivery across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.
