Strategic Partnerships Intern @NxtWave

About the Role NxtWave is looking for a driven and proactive Strategic Partnerships Intern to join our team and support our college outreach and student engagement initiatives. The person will communicate with college stakeholders, coordinate campaign execution, engage students, and ensure all activities are completed within the planned timelines. The candidate must be fluent in Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain qualified relationships with Training and Placement Officers, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and college coordinators.

Communicate campaign objectives, requirements, timelines, and updates clearly to external stakeholders.

Engage students through calls, WhatsApp groups, virtual sessions, and on-campus interactions.

Mobilize students to improve registrations, attendance, and participation.

Confidently address student questions and explain programme benefits and outcomes.

Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing and Operations).

Follow up regularly with stakeholders and ensure the timely completion of assigned activities.

Maintain accurate trackers and share regular campaign performance updates.

Identify execution challenges, escalate blockers, and take ownership of resolving them.





Travel to colleges and event locations whenever on-ground support is required.

Skills Required

Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi.

Solid verbal communication and professional written communication skills.

Confidence in communicating with external stakeholders and large student groups.

Strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities.

Good presentation and student-engagement skills.

Strong time-management and task-prioritization abilities.

Ability to independently manage multiple colleges and activities.

Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Willingness to travel based on business requirements.

Work Location: NxtWave's Hyderabad Office

Working Days: 6 days a week (1st & 3rd saturdays off)
