Job Summary

Responsible for supporting day-to-day store operations, inventory management, material receipt and issuance, stock maintenance, and documentation to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Issue materials to respective departments as per approved requests.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Support physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper material identification, storage, and housekeeping in the store.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and Finance teams for material requirements.
- Maintain documentation for material receipts, issues, returns,



and transfers.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines for store operations.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- 13 years of experience in store operations, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and store documentation.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems will be an added advantage.
