Role Description The Store Manager role at Titan Eyeplus is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as reporting and administrative follow-ups.

The Store

Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising sales activities, and ensuring the store is well-presented and compliant with company standards.

Responsibilities include driving customer satisfaction through excellent in-store service, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining strong product knowledge to support informed recommendations. The role also involves monitoring inventory,



implementing retail loss prevention measures, tracking sales performance, and preparing regular sales and operations reports.

The Store

Manager will coach and motivate team members, contribute to local marketing initiatives, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and leadership.
- Store Management experience, including supervising staff, overseeing daily operations, and managing inventory.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard store assets and minimize shrinkage.
- Previous experience in retail, preferably eyewear or fashion, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, managing in-store responsibilities in Kolkata and handling some tasks remotely.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and reliability in reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
