About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and professional management of the outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, customer service, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure the outlet runs efficiently.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate the sales team to achieve store targets and business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, customer service standards, and overall store productivity.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper product displays, stock availability, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock requirements, receiving, and basic stock control.
- Maintain accurate store records, reports, and daily operational updates.
- Coordinate with management and suppliers/vendors whenever required.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, discipline, and service standards are consistently followed.
- Support promotional activities, social media initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
- Train and motivate team members and help create a positive,



professional working environment.
- Requirements & Preferred Skills.
- Candidates based in or preferably settled in Ernakulam are preferred.
- Previous experience in retail management, store operations, or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer-handling skills with a professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of Zoho is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with sales/inventory systems will be beneficial.
- Candidates looking for a stable, long-term prospect are preferred.

Compensation & Work Schedule

Position: Store Manager

Starting Salary Rs 18,000 per month; negotiable based on experience and skill set

Working Hours 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off 4 days per monthLocation Panampilly Nagar, Kochi

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
- Store management: 1 year (Preferred)
