- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage inventory control, including stock levels and ordering processes.
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate store staff.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring high service standards.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in store management or related field.
- Robust leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of chemical industry standards and regulations is a plus.
