Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build robust customer relationships.
- Maintain product knowledge of diamond jewellery and lab-grown diamonds.
- Monitor sales KPIs, including ATV, UPT, conversion, and revenue.
- Ensure visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock accuracy.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and high-value sales.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with senior management.
