krust Café is looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily café operations, drive sales, maintain quality and hygiene standards, and lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: 2–5 years in café, restaurant, or retail operations

Key Responsibilities

- Store Operations: Manage day-to-day café operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Customer Service: Handle customer interactions, feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Sales & Upselling: Drive sales through suggestive selling, upselling, cross-selling, and promoting new menu items.
- Team Management & Training: Train, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and performance.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Ensure proper food safety, personal hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards across the café.
- System Knowledge: Be proficient in POS billing systems, order management, digital payment systems, and basic computer operations.
- Reports & Documentation: Prepare daily sales reports, cash reports, inventory reports, and other operational reports.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels,



reduce wastage, and ensure proper stock handling and storage.
- Problem Solving: Handle operational challenges, customer concerns, and staff-related issues efficiently.
- Customer Experience: Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits through excellent service.
- Sales Targets: Monitor store performance and work towards achieving sales and operational targets.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality operations.
- Solid customer-handling and communication skills.
- Proven ability in upselling, sales generation, and customer relationship management.
- Experience in team supervision, staff training, and performance management.
- Good knowledge of POS systems, billing, Excel, and report preparation.
- Strong understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
