Job Title: Store Manager – Branded Showroom Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily showroom operations and staff.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle inventory, stock management, billing, and product displays.
- Maintain showroom standards and brand guidelines.
- Train, guide, and motivate sales staff.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail or branded showroom management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and POS billing systems.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
