Role Description nostringscouture is looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Store Manager to take ownership of our pop-up customer experience and day-to-day management.

The role requires someone who is comfortable working closely with customers, understands fashion and garment sizing, and can efficiently manage multiple appointments and orders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Experience & Sales

- Manage in-store customers, appointments, walk-ins, trials and fittings
- Understand customers’ event, style, sizing and outfit requirements and help them select suitable pieces
- Build solid customer relationships and ensure a high standard of service
- Follow up on enquiries and trials and help convert them into confirmed orders. Handle customer concerns if any.




- Take ownership of the day-to-day functioning and presentation of the store
- Ensure garments are organised, correctly displayed and ready for customer appointments
- Ensure appointments, trials and fittings are planned efficiently

Measurements & Fittings
- Take accurate body measurements and maintain customer measurement records
- Have a good understanding of garment sizing, fit, silhouettes and alterations, particularly for Indian occasion wear
- Assess garment fit during trials and communicate alteration requirements accurately

Orders, Payments & Coordination
- Track customer orders from booking through fitting, delivery and return
- Coordinate with the operations team, vendors, alteration teams and delivery partners
- Proactively follow up to ensure customer commitments and timelines are met
- Maintain accurate customer, appointment and order information on the CRM
- Track payments, security deposits, pending balances and refunds

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Prior experience in fashion retail, designer wear or a customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of garment measurements, sizing and fit
- Fluent in English, well-spoken and confident interacting with customers
- Comfortable using CRM software, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp
- Strong organisational, communication and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive and solution-focused
- Able to work independently and take ownership
