Job Requirement:

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Supervise daily store functions, including cash handling, billing, opening/closing protocols, and maintaining strict security standards for precious metals and gems.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive branch profitability to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas. Analyze market trends and execute retail strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales and support staff. Provide product knowledge guidance regarding gold, diamonds, and gemstones.
- Customer Relations: Build and sustain strong rapport with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and resolve any escalated client complaints.




- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, manage visual merchandising standards, and execute loss-prevention protocols.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures (SOPs), legal guidelines, and local regulations. Prepare financial and performance reports for the head office.

Salary not a Constraint for a Right Candidate

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
