Were looking for a customer-focused Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a Cultsport store. You will manage the store team, deliver a helpful and energetic shopping experience, and drive sales across fitness apparel, footwear and accessories. You’ll also maintain robust standards for stock accuracy, store presentation and operational compliance.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, coach and schedule the store team to meet sales and service goals.

- Welcome customers, understand their fitness and product needs, and guide them to suitable products.

- Drive store sales, conversion, average transaction value and other assigned performance targets.

- Keep the store clean, organised and visually appealing in line with brand standards.

- Manage inventory, replenishment, stock counts, transfers and loss prevention.

- Oversee billing, returns, exchanges, cash handling and end-of-day reporting.





- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed.

- Coordinate with area, merchandising, warehouse and customer support teams.

- Ensure the team follows company policies, safety procedures and applicable retail requirements.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 24 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or store leadership role.

- Experience in sportswear, footwear, fitness or lifestyle retails..

- Strong communication, customer service and team leadership skills.

- Comfortable working with sales targets, point-of-sale systems and inventory tools.

- Able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Interest in fitness and an active lifestyle is a plus.
