Stock and inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, basic computer skills (MS Excel / stock software), record keeping, knowledge of hygienic food storage, attention to detail, coordination and communication skills.

Min-3 to5 years experience

Key responsibilities

- Receive and verify materials against purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain stock records and store items with proper hygiene, temperature and humidity
- Issue materials to production against approved indents
- Monitor stock levels and expiry (FIFO/FEFO); report shortages, excess and wastage
- Conduct periodic stock verification and report discrepancies
- Keep records of receipts, issues, returns and stock reports
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts and Quality Control
- Maintain cleanliness, pest control and secure stacking of store assets

Pay: ₹9,200.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
