- Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking inventory.

- Maintain accurate stock records for food ingredients, dairy products, beverages, packaging materials, and other caf supplies.

- Coordinate with chefs, baristas, department heads, and the purchase team to ensure timely stock availability.

- Monitor stock levels and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.

- Check the quality, quantity, expiry dates, and condition of incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices.

- Ensure proper storage, labelling, temperature control, and hygiene standards for perishable and non-perishable items.





- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.

- Monitor wastage, breakage, pilferage, and expiry-related losses.

- Maintain records of goods received, goods issued, returns, transfers, and stock adjustments.

- Coordinate with suppliers and the purchase team regarding deliveries, shortages, and quality concerns.

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, secure, and compliant with food safety standards.

- Support stock audits and implement measures to improve inventory control and cost efficiency
