We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations at our project site in Jhalda. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material receipt and issuance, stock maintenance, and ensuring the proper storage and availability of construction materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations at the construction site.
- Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, returns, and closing stock.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of materials.
- Maintain stock registers, GRN records, material issue slips, and other store documents.




- Coordinate with site engineers, purchase, accounts, and vendors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Minimise material wastage, damage, and unauthorised material movement.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience is mandatory. Freshers will not be considered.
- Previous experience as a Store In-Charge, Storekeeper, or Site Store Executive is required.
- Experience in real estate construction or civil construction projects will be preferred.
- Knowledge of construction materials, inventory control, and stock registers.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, is preferred.
- Valuable organisational skills, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work at the project site in Jhalda.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
