Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Stitching Supervisor located in Ahmedabad.

The Stitching

Supervisor will oversee daily stitching operations, manage and guide the stitching team, and ensure that production schedules are met efficiently.

Responsibilities include monitoring quality control, coordinating production activities, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company standards.



The role emphasizes both efficiency and quality in Jute,Cotton,Canvas,Bags manufacturing processes.

Skill & Qualifications Required:

- Upto Bachelor’s Degree (Preffered)
- Robust Supervisory Skills to lead and motivate stitching teams effectively
- Proficiency in Production Planning to ensure timelines and targets are met
- Experience in Quality Control to maintain and oversee high product standards
- Excellent Communication skills for interaction with team members and other departments
- Understanding of Manufacturing Operations specific to Jute,Cotton,Bags production
- Experience in Jute,Cotton,Bags manufacturing or a related field is an Add on Advantage

Experience: Salary can be negotiable, according to experience. Note: Freshers can apply too!

Job Type: Full-time (WFO)

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
