Job Responsibilities

- Handle PF challan creation, KYC documentation, UAN generation, and related employee records.

- Manage ESI challan creation, ESIC IP generation, and related compliance activities.

- Ensure timely completion of statutory compliance activities and maintain relevant records.

- Maintain accurate employee data, statutory documents, and compliance reports.

- Follow established SOPs to ensure process consistency and seamless service delivery.

- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant departments for compliance-related activities.

Required Skills

- 23 years of relevant experience in statutory compliance and HR operations.

- Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, challan creation, UAN, and IP generation.

- Valuable documentation, coordination, and data management skills.

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate; an MBA in Human Resources will be an added advantage

IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
