Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Steel Fixers to cut, bend, place, and secure steel reinforcement bars (rebar) according to engineering drawings and construction specifications. The candidate will support reinforced concrete construction work while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret construction drawings and reinforcement bar bending schedules.
- Cut, bend, position, and tie steel reinforcement bars as per specifications.
- Install reinforcement steel for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and walls.
- Use binding wire, cutting tools, bending machines, and other relevant equipment.
- Maintain the correct spacing, alignment, and cover of reinforcement bars.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other construction workers.
- Inspect reinforcement work before concrete pouring.
- Follow site safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.




- Maintain tools and keep the work area clean and organized.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: No formal qualification mandatory; basic education preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of rebar cutting, bending, tying, and reinforcement installation.
- Ability to understand basic construction drawings and measurements.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at construction sites.
- Willingness to work at heights and in shifts, where required.

- Passport and other relevant documents for overseas employment, if applicable.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
