Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the real estate sector.
- Manage registration processes for employees under various acts such as EPF, ESIC, and other relevant legislations.
- Coordinate renewals of registrations and maintain accurate records of compliances.
- Provide guidance on labour contracts, wages, working hours, and other employment-related matters.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in statutory compliance or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of building and other construction workers' labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in managing registrations under various acts like EPF, ESIC etc.
